College Prep
Justice High requires that all of its seniors be accepted into college as a prerequisite to being able to graduate. Students are also required to take a course that teaches them how to adequately prepare for college. The course includes instruction on how to successfully take college entrance tests; how to apply to college via traditional methods as well as through the Internet. The course discusses how to apply for financial aid and other scholarships. Justice High also teaches students survival skills for when they have actually entered into college. This would include housing information, obtaining books and other academic materials as well as how to obtain internships and job training skills that will help enhance their education and career opportunities. Every Justice High senior must also complete a least two college level courses prior to graduation.
